Processing Orders & Shipping

Order processing time is 1-3 working days, standard logistics transportation time is 4-7 working days

As a result of a high volume of orders, our processing and shipping may be delayed. We are also unable to fulfill any expedited shipping or pickup requests. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work our hardest to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Shipping Area

Free shipping is offered for the contiguous United States (48 states), excludes Alaska and Puerto Rico. fairmarbLe.cLub doesn’t ship to Hawaii or internationally, but our products are available on the Amazon store in Hawaii, Europe, and Canada.

Undeliverable Packages

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Fair Marble as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at [email protected] to make arrangements for reshipment.

Cancelled Orders

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 02:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting [email protected]. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.
